1. Order prescription

For a prescription, answer our questionnaire at any time, where you can also upload your proof of diagnosis, which you simply ask from the previous doctor, eg via our Fax Service. The prerequisite is any disease (see FAQ for a list ) that cannot be treated in any other way, ie you have previously tried other suitable therapies without success.

2. Doctor video chat

The doctor of your choice will then invite you to a detailed video chat during one of his next office hours via SMS and then, if necessary, issue the cannabis prescription that is valid for 7 days, which he will send to you or directly to a (mail order) pharmacy.* For follow-up prescriptions then a short phone call is enough. You can order as often as you like, up to a maximum of 100g. per month.

3.  Pharmacy

If you order “cannabis blossoms”, filter depending on the THC content or desired effect, for example. After the video chat, the doctor then sends the corresponding prescription directly to the mail-order pharmacy, which then asks you by e-mail for a bank transfer and then sends you the flowers by post. If you already have a prescription, send it to the pharmacy. You need a doctor’s prescription, the original of which must be received by the pharmacy of your choice within 7 days of issue.
